Season 2 Episode 11 - Rock On is out now! 

Approximately 7 years ago I had an unfortunate run-in with a fellow named Rock Climbing. We used to be pretty good buddies, but that run-in caused a major falling out. This week, we meet once again. Along the way I try out a new treadmill strut work out and tell you all about the amazing sport of tree climbing. I also remember an unfortunate cheese cutting incident.
